With a background in healthcare services management and public health, she has worked extensively with underserved communities, developing programs that empower women and families. Her work has been featured on Univision and at national conferences, and she now focuses on neurological health and sleep wellness. Based in Albuquerque, Leticia is passionate about helping women restore rest and balance in their lives.

Richard J. Schumann, M.D. 
Richard is a Neurologist and Sleep specialist. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine at Hahnemann University Graduate School in Philadelphia. He completed both a residency of Neurology and a fellowship in Neuropsychology and Sleep Medicine at the University of California, Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. Dr. Schumann has more than 20 years of experience and training in emergency neurology diagnosis, dementia/Alzheimer, stroke, mental health, sleep apnea, and insomnia-related conditions.
